Shipping and Returns

Orders will be processed and shipped in a timely manner. Estimated delivery date will be provided upon order and updates sent where appropriate.

If there are any issues with your order please contact us on info@gasequipmentservices.co.uk advising your concern or phone 01270 421700 and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

For items sold within the UK where items are not usually held in stock, a ‘re-stocking charge’ will be issued. If a return is agreed, the customer must organise and pay any return shipping fees. We are unable to return items sold to the EU, unless faulty.

Please note – we are unable to consider returns on equipment that is bespoke and hence will be custom made to order.
